Candle Care and Safety

Each of our candles are handpoured in a small batch process to ensure a high quality, high scented product every time. We hope you enjoy our candles.

Warning: Failure to carefully follow directions could result in fire hazard, property damage, and or personal injury.

*Keep out of reach of children and pets.

*Remove all packaging before lighting.

*Always place on a protected, level, heat-resistent surface.

*Avoid walking or moving with candle while it is burning.

*If candle burns unevenly, it could be in a draft. Rotate the candle 90 degress periodically to keep burning uniform, or move to another location.

*Keep burning candle away from curtains, walls, cats & flowers, or any item that could catch fire.

*The dyes in the wax can be extremely hard to remove from carpets and furniture. Use care not to spill on these surfaces. If the wax should accidentally spill on wood, plastic or other surfaces, remove immediately. The fragrance oils used in the wax will cause damage to surfaces.

*Never allow wick trimmings or match stubs to remain in the top of a burning candle. Debris left near the wick can reignite and make the candle burn unevenly.

*Always use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle's flame. Blowing out a candle may cause the melted wax to splatter.

*Candles may fade if left in direct sunlight or under florescent bulbs for an extended period of time.

*Always keep your wicks trimmed to about 1/4 inch to prevent candle from smoking.

*Our candles are handmade, therefore there may be an occasion where the wick is off center. If you notice your candle burning on one side, take a look down at the wick as it may need to be adjusted. Take a nonflammable object and center the wick. Do this while the wax is in liquid form.
